This Agreement is entered into between  J’S Transportation and Removal Inc. and [Customer’s Name] on [Date].

1. Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide moving/delivery services as described in the attached quote or proposal. This includes, but is not limited to, packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking.

2. Date and Time

The moving/delivery services are scheduled for [Date] at [Time].

3. Payment

The Customer agrees to pay the Service Provider the total amount of $[Amount] for the services, due upon completion of the services. Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original quote.

4. Cancellation

5. Liability

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to enter into a mediation process to resolve any disagreements. If mediation fails, the parties may then proceed to legal action.

7. Governing Law
